GETTING STARTED
The Heyday Wholesale & Bulk Program gives businesses and organizations access to our specialty‑grade coffees and artisanal teas at wholesale pricing.
At its heart, it’s a self‑service program designed to support everything from smaller, occasional orders to high‑volume, recurring shipments.
When we say "self‑service," we don’t mean that you’re on your own. We’re always here to help or offer advice.
It simply means that unless you need us, we stay out of your way and focus on consistently and reliably roasting and delivering your orders.
We partner with a wide range of commercial and community buyers, including coffee serving businesses, offices, churches, nonprofits, and event organizers.
If you serve people and want consistently great coffee (and tea) in the mix, you’re likely a good fit.
Over time, our ideal partners tend to order around 50 lbs or more a month, but you don’t need to be at that level to get started.
Logged-in wholesale buyers receive an automatic 20% discount on 12-oz retail sample bags for tasting and evaluation.
To redeem, simply add any non-subscription 12-oz retail bag to your cart and your discount will appear at checkout.
Have a high-volume program or opening a new location? Contact us to discuss complimentary samples tailored to your coffee lineup.
To join the Program, complete our Wholesale & Bulk Registration Form. We’ll ask for your contact details, business information, and a short note on how Heyday can support your coffee program.
No. There are no contracts and no application or program fees.
Applications are reviewed within a few business days. Once your account is approved, you’ll receive a verification email from us and you’ll have immediate access.
The number one reason for not receiving a verification email is a typo in the email address on your registration form, which prevents us from contacting you.
If it’s taking longer than expected, please Contact Us and we’ll look into it.
No. You cannot place a wholesale order through the website without registering.
If you’re looking for a one‑off bulk order or you’re interested in the custom‑label program, Contact Us and we can handle that outside of the Wholesale Program.
ORDERING & MINIMUMS
5-lb Coffee: minimum 2 bags (any SKU mix)
12-oz Coffee: minimum 12 bags (per SKU)
3-oz Teas: minimum 12 pouches (per SKU)
Said another way: for 5-lb bags, you should order at least two bags at a time, but you can mix different coffees. For 12‑oz Coffee and 3‑oz Tea, the 12‑unit minimum applies to each product individually.
No. We don’t require a separate minimum order value beyond the MOQs above. You may find it more efficient to consolidate into slightly larger orders to save on shipping, but it’s not mandatory.
Of course. It’s normal to order 5‑lb bags for brewing and 12‑oz bags or tea pouches for resale or gifting in the same order.
Yes. Our minimums are designed to accommodate smaller buyers, but we can also support larger and recurring orders.
We have access to additional roasting lines where we can match our exact profiles at higher throughput.

Absolutely. You can place one‑time wholesale orders for events and other one‑off occasions.
We move orders into the roasting queue quickly. If you need to make a change, reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible. Once an order has been roasted, we’re unable to cancel it.
We roast coffee every weekday (excluding national holidays). When your order is placed, it goes into our roasting queue and is typically roasted, packed, and handed off to the carrier within 0–3 business days. Tea orders are measured and packed on the same schedule.
ACCOUNT & QUICK ORDER
After your registration is approved, we’ll tag your customer account so that you have access to the wholesale portions of the website.
You can log in by clicking the login button on a protected page, using the login icon at the top right (desktop), or using the login option at the bottom of the menu (mobile).
The Wholesale Quick Order Form is a streamlined page that lets approved buyers add multiple SKUs to the cart quickly.
It’s ideal for ordering with minimal clicks when you already know what you need.
The Wholesale Collection Page is a browsable listing of all wholesale coffee and tea, including blends, single‑origins, flavored coffees, and teas.
Yes. From your customer account, you can review your order history and repeat previous orders. This makes it easy to repeat an order that worked well for you.
If you find yourself making the same order frequently, consider enrolling in auto‑replenishment so that your orders are automatically scheduled.
AUTO-REPLENISH
Auto‑replenish lets you set recurring wholesale orders for your core offerings.
You choose the products, quantities, and schedule; we roast and ship on that rhythm until you update or cancel.
Please note that you have to add products to an auto‑replenish order from the individual product pages. This can't be set up through the quick order form.
To set it up, visit the appropriate product page, select the delivery schedule you want, and complete checkout as usual.
No way! You’re in full control. You can skip deliveries, change your coffee selection, adjust quantities, or even cancel your replenishment anytime.
All wholesale coffee and tea products are eligible for auto‑replenishment.
On individual product pages, you’ll see a choice between one‑time purchase and auto‑replenish, along with scheduling options.
Yes. From your account, you can adjust products, quantities, and timing, or skip a shipment entirely. You can also cancel at any time. There are no long‑term contracts.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship nationwide to all 50 U.S. states from our facility in California. If you’re shipping to HI or AK, let’s run a price check on shipping to see if it’s feasible.
At this time, we do not ship to international addresses, U.S. Territories, or Minor Outlying Islands.
For boxed orders, most shipments within the continental U.S. arrive within 2–5 days of being picked up.
LTL shipping is more variable based on location and carrier selection.
Anecdotally, we find that per‑bag shipping cost stabilizes around 4 × 5‑lb bags or 24 × 12‑oz bags.
Also, it’s a bit of a hack, but sometimes small changes in your order size can lower your shipping cost.
If your shipping quote seems high, try moving your total bag count up or down by a small amount. Depending on the weight breakpoints, this can occasionally unlock a better overall rate.

Our coffees are roasted at a professional, family-owned and operated roastery that focuses on specialty coffee. It is an FDA-registered, FSMA-compliant facility that follows strict food safety and quality controls throughout roasting and packaging. All of our wholesale coffee is roasted to the same standards as our retail coffee, so you receive the same consistent quality and freshness across the board.
Our roasts are profiled and quality controlled using an Ikawa sample roaster and are prepared in small batches on Ambex 10 and 15kg roasters. We roast at no more than 80% capacity to ensure adequate headroom and tight consistency in each batch. Once your beans have cooled, we grind to your specifications and then hand package each bag before sending it on its way to you.
Our handling of green coffee is of paramount importance. Green coffee is tested for mycotoxins and other contaminants throughout the supply chain, and storage conditions are fully controlled from the time the beans are offloaded at port until they are roasted and handed over for delivery.
We store our green bean reserves at a dedicated commodity storage facility, only keeping a few weeks of production at the roasting facility. At our roasting facility, the green beans are kept in climate-controlled rooms with sealed floors to prevent any contamination.
Yes. We offer a curated selection of Fairtrade® Certified coffees as part of our wholesale lineup. These are clearly labeled on the product and collection pages.
Wholesale coffees are available in these grinds:

We offer a custom‑label program that works well for events and initiatives, but we aren’t set up as a traditional white‑label supplier.
Custom‑label bags work especially well for fundraisers, events, corporate gifting, and seasonal campaigns.
You can review our Retail Custom‑Label Program, and based on your needs we can price wholesale custom‑label options somewhere between the normal wholesale price and the retail custom‑label pricing.
PAYMENTS & PRICING
Wholesale orders are typically paid at checkout using the same secure payment methods available on our retail site, such as major credit cards and other payment options supported by the Shopify platform.
Wholesale pricing is visible after you log in with an approved wholesale account.
Our prices are highly competitive at this quality level, and we do not compromise quality in order to hit certain price points. Prices are margin‑based and set to be transparent and fair.
The self‑service Wholesale Program is designed with payment due at checkout.
For large accounts with consistent recurring orders, you’re welcome to reach out to discuss preferential pricing and net terms.
As a guideline, we ask that you pay at the time of purchase for at least 90 days before we speak about extending terms.
Retail promo codes and discounts are not intended to apply to wholesale orders.
We already list our best wholesale prices and don’t have the ability to further discount outside of high‑volume accounts.

Most importantly, make sure you’re using the same email address you used on your wholesale registration. That’s the email that is tagged to allow wholesale access.
